- Acceptance and use of this bid card means that the bidder has read and fully understands the terms and conditions of this auction and agrees to be bound thereby.
- Auction bidders must register for the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bid of anyone not registered.
- In any dispute the decision of the auctioneer shall be the final an absolute decision.
- Payment in full is due before or at the conclusion of the auction. Nothing is to be removed from the auction premises without payment and proof of receipt.
- The auctioneer has the right to reject any and all bids. The auctioneer further has the right to execute bids on behalf of buyer and seller. Auctioneer has the right to combine auction lots, divide auction lots or to withdraw lots from the auction.
- Every auction lot is sold “as is, where is, with all faults known or unknown” without warranty or guarantee of any kind. Inspections of lots are provided before sale. Bidders are asked not to bid on or purchase any item or lot they have not inspected to their complete satisfaction. Upon knock-down the item becomes responsibility of the buyer.
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL.THERE WILL BE NO CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS
- Auction lots paid for but not picked up on published pick up date will be deemed abandoned and become the property of Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC.
- Safety is always the number one priority. The registered bidders are responsible for themselves as well as their employees, associates and family members. Bidders are responsible for removal of all items purchased. Bring whatever tools, ladders, lifting equipment or whatever is necessary for a safe removal. Auction staff will not be available for help in removal or loading.
- All bidders and auction attendees are expected to behave in a professional and lawful manner.
- Additional terms and conditions may be announced and added the day of the sale.
- A 10% Buyers Premium will added to final bid. A 15% Buyers Premium on internet auctions.
- If you do not have an ST-10 on file with us you will be charged the current Virginia sales tax rate. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- By acceptance and use of this bid card you hereby consent to being video-taped/photographed for rebroadcast/print. You hereby release Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC from any liability from the airing/printing of this event.
