  1. Bidders' Responsibility: Bidders are responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions of the auction. It's important for bidders to familiarize themselves with the rules and guidelines outlined by the auction house.

  2. Condition of Items: All items are considered used and are sold in their current condition, "as is." This means that there are no warranties or guarantees provided by the auction house regarding the condition or functionality of the items being auctioned. Bidders should carefully inspect items before bidding.

  3. Invoice and Pickup Details: At the end of the auction, successful bidders will receive an invoice. The invoice will include information such as the pickup address and appointment details. Bidders will need to follow the provided instructions to schedule a pickup time.

  4. Appointment Booking: The auction house may use a specific app, in this case, SignUpGenius, for bidders to schedule their pickup appointments. Bidders should make an appointment through the designated app to ensure a smooth and organized pickup process.

  5. Timeliness: Bidders are requested to arrive on time for their scheduled pickup appointment. Being early or late may disrupt the process and cause inconvenience.

  6. Load Out: Some items may be located upstairs or require additional assistance, tools, wrapping materials, or boxes for transportation. The auction company typically does not provide assistance for load out. Bidders should come prepared with the necessary equipment and manpower to handle the items they've won.

 Please bring all necessary items needed for removal to include boxes, paper, dollies etc. YOU MUST BRING HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS OR FURNITURE. 

TERMS & CONDITION FOR THIS AUCTION All Merchandise is sold ''as is, where is" without warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. NO CREDIT CARD CHARGE BACKS. 

Bidding: You must be registered to place a bid on an item. By registering and bidding, you agree that you have read and understand all terms and conditions that apply to the auction and by bidding you are entering into a binding contract. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP ITEMS, ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON SCHEDULED AUCTION PICKUP WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED. 

This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION, bidding will begin closing at a rate of 3 lots per minute with a one minute auto-extend. This means that if a bid is placed within one minute of auction closing for an item, the item will auto extend for 1 minute until no more bids are placed within the last minute. 

Payment: A 16% Buyer's Premium will be added to each purchase, regardless of payment method. A $1.00 authorization hold will be used to verify a credit card, the hold will be released once credit card is verified. Payment is due immediately at the conclusion of the auction. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. NO CHARGE-BACKS 

Technology Disruptions: Auctioneer will not be responsible for technology disruptions, errors, or failures (including disruptions to bidding or the failure to execute, recognize, or record online bids), whether caused by (i) loss of connectivity, breakdown, disruption, or failure of the Online Auction Platform, (ii) breakdown, disruption, or failure of a Bidder's internet connection, computer, or system, or (iii) otherwise. Auctioneer may, but will not be required to continue, suspend, delay, extend, reschedule, or close the Auction because of disruptions caused by technology failures, even after bidding has commenced. Sales Tax- Virginia Sales Tax will be charged on all items unless the Bidder provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Bidders who wish to claim a sales tax exemption MUST provide a copy of ST-10 Tax- Exemption Certificate PRIOR to placing any bids. Copy of ST-10 can be emailed to fred@fredwilsonauction.com. Pickup: All items must be picked up during scheduled pick up times, Any items not picked up during the designated pick up times will be deemed abandoned and will revert back to us with no refunds. Please bring paid sales receipt to pick up items. No Merchandise will be removed from auction site without payment. THANK YOU AND HAPPY BIDDING!
