 card fee. Shipping is Available to FFL dealers Unless you ha
 ve a Va Concealed Handgun Permit\, you can only purchase one 
 handgun per month in the state of Va. IF you have a VA Conce
 aled Handgun Permit\, you can purchase as many handguns as yo
 u wish. You can purchase as many long guns as you wish. If y
 ou purchase more than one (1) handgun and do NOT have a conc
 ealed handgun permit\, Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC can pl
 ace your handgun in storage until the following month. The h
 andgun must be paid in full and there is a $15 / month stora
 ge fee. Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC is a licensed Federa
 l Firearms Dealer. All state and federal firearms laws apply
 . Paperwork and background checks are completed at Fred Wils
 on Auction Service LLC and are required when picking up fire
 arms. Please do not bid if you cannot legally own a firearm.
  A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to your high bid. No tr
 ansfer fees will be charged for any local purchase. Firearms
  shipped to your FFL dealer will be charged $25 for the firs
 t firearm and $10 per additional firearm plus shipping cost.
  If you are an out-of-state buyer a wire transfer may be req
 uired for payment\, depending on your invoice amount. Buyer i
 s responsible to verify the caliber\, safety\, and integrity o
 f any and all firearms before firing. Photo ID with current 
 physical address required for all firearm purchases. (PO Box
  does NOT meet requirement) A bid is a binding agreement to 
 purchase and pay for that item if you are the high bidder. P
 lease do NOT bid if you cannot pay or if you will not pass a
  background check to legally possess a firearm. Your credit 
 card will be charged at the end of the auction. Please do no
 t bid if you cannot legally own a firearm. If you are intere

 nd we will provide you with more photos. Buyer must rely on 
 their own visual inspection regarding the condition and inte

 e. Bidder will be responsible to have the firearms inspected
  by a competent gunsmith to determine firearms integrity bef
 ore firing any firearm.
