 tate of Va. IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit\, you 
 can purchase as many handguns as you wish. You can purchase 
 as many long guns as you wish.  If you purchase more than o
 ne (1) handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit\, F
 red Wilson Auction Service LLC can place your handgun in sto
 rage until the following month. The handgun must be paid in 
 full and there is a $15 / month storage fee. Fred Wilson Auc
 tion Service LLC is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All 
 state and federal firearms laws apply. Paperwork and backgro
 und checks are completed at Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC 
 and are required when picking up firearms. Please do not bid
  if you cannot legally own a firearm. A 13% Buyers Premium 
 will be added to your high bid. No transfer fees will be cha
 rged for any local purchase. Firearms shipped to your FFL de
 aler will be charged $25 for the first firearm and $10 per a
 dditional firearm plus shipping cost. If you are an out-of
 -state buyer a wire transfer may be required for payment\, de
 pending on your invoice amount. Buyer is responsible to veri
 fy the caliber\, safety\, and integrity of any and all firearm
 s before firing. Photo ID with current physical address requ
 ired for all firearm purchases. (PO Box does NOT meet requir
 ement) A bid is a binding agreement to purchase and pay for 
 that item if you are the high bidder. Please do NOT bid if y
 ou cannot pay or if you will not pass a background check to 
 legally possess a firearm. Your credit card will be charged 
 at the end of the auction. Please do not bid if you cannot l
