 ction Platform\, (ii) breakdown\, disruption\, or failure of a 
 Bidder's internet connection\, computer\, or system\, or (iii)

 n because of disruptions caused by technology failures\, even
  after bidding has commenced. Sales Tax- Virginia Sales Tax
