 tificates of Authenticity (COA) Consignors may provide Certi
 ficates of Authenticity (COA) with their items. FWAS will di
 splay these COAs to prospective buyers as part of the auctio
 n listing. However\, it is the buyer's responsibility to veri
 fy the authenticity and accuracy of the COA and the item. FW
 AS does not verify\, endorse\, or guarantee the authenticity o
 f any item or COA presented in the auction. 4. Buyer’s Res
 ponsibility By placing a bid or purchasing an item\, you ackn
 owledge that: You have reviewed all available information\, i
 ncluding the COA\, to your satisfaction. You are purchasing t
 he item "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees from FWAS. 
 You have conducted your own due diligence regarding the auth
 enticity\, condition\, and value of the item. 5. No Liability 
 FWAS shall not be held liable for any discrepancies\, errors\,
  or omissions in the description or representation of items\,
  including but not limited to\, the authenticity of the items
  or the validity of any COA. 6. Final Sale All sales are fin
 al. No returns\, exchanges\, or refunds will be accepted once 
 a sale has been completed\, except as may be required by law.
  By participating in FWAS auctions\, you agree to abide by th
 ese terms of sale. If you do not agree\, please refrain from
