 mit\, you can only purchase one handgun per month in the stat
 e of Va. IF you have a VA Concealed Handgun Permit\, you can 
 purchase as many handguns as you wish. You can purchase as m
 any long guns as you wish. If you purchase more than one (1)
  handgun and do NOT have a concealed handgun permit\, Fred Wi
 lson Auction Service LLC can place your handgun in storage u
 ntil the following month. The handgun must be paid in full a
 nd there is a $15 / month storage fee. Fred Wilson Auction S
 ervice LLC is a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer. All state 
 and federal firearms laws apply. Paperwork and background ch
 ecks are completed at Fred Wilson Auction Service LLC and ar
 e required when picking up firearms. Please do not bid if yo
 u cannot legally own a firearm. A 13% Buyers Premium will be
  added to your high bid. No transfer fees will be charged fo
 r any local purchase. Firearms shipped to your FFL dealer wi
 ll be charged $25 for the first firearm and $10 per addition
 al firearm plus shipping cost. If you are an out-of-state bu
 yer a wire transfer may be required for payment\, depending o
 n your invoice amount. Buyer is responsible to verify the ca
 liber\, safety\, and integrity of any and all firearms before 
 firing. Photo ID with current physical address required for 
 all firearm purchases. (PO Box does NOT meet requirement) A 
 bid is a binding agreement to purchase and pay for that item
  if you are the high bidder. Please do NOT bid if you cannot
  pay or if you will not pass a background check to legally p
 ossess a firearm. Your credit card will be charged at the en
 d of the auction. Please do not bid if you cannot legally ow
